The Sowers Evangelistic International Church (SEIC) was established in 2022 and registered as a Non-Governmental Organization in Tanzania in 2024. The organization provides on the ground outreach in partnership with JACH and has held multiple conferences and camps focused on youth mentorship, women's issues, and missionary support in Tanzania. SEIC is led by Bishop Daniel Moses Kulola, who provides a significant point of contact for JACH in Tanzania.
